What Ages are suitable for the parties?
Our Parties are suitable from age 6 , kids of all ages and grownups love our parties.
What is the choice of Pizza?
If you book the Gold or Elite package and choose the hot food option, this includes Cheese and Tomato and Pepperoni Pizzas with Fries. If you would like different flavours or toppings on your pizza, simply ask one of our team members, who will be more than happy to help.
Will you contact us to confirm our party?
Once booked and the deposit paid you will receive an automated email from our system confirming the booking and the deposit.
Please check your spam folder, as emails sometimes go into junk. A member of our team will call you during the week of the party to confirm everything and answer any questions you might have.
Do you have a seating area for oarents
At Newcastle Under-Lyme we have a Cafe that seats around 20 people, where parents can sit relax and have a drink and a piece of cake.
At Penkridge we have a small seating area that seats 6 people where parents can wait.

Do parents have to stay or pay to attend SEND sessions
Parents are welcome to stay or leave the children for our SEND sessions, if parents stay they enter free of charge.
What is included in the cold food buffet?
Our Cold food buffet is provided by Georges Canal Cruises and contains the following:
Cheese and Ham Sandwiches, Mini Pizzas, Sausage Rolls, Chicken Nuggets, Fruit Platter, Crisps, Biscuit Selection, Dipping Pots
We can now also cater for Food allergies, Vegans and vegetarians.
When do we pay the balance for our party?
The balance Can be paid any date prior to the party simply call 01902 931991, to Pay the outstanding amount.
Alternatively, you can pay the full balance when you book the party. We take a deposit of £25 for all bookings.
Can we add your party bags onto our package?
Yes, you can and these for an additional price per child.

during school holidays we run school holiday clubs where parents simply drop the children of and leave them with our fully trained staff to supervise. and at Newcastle Under-Lyme we run Pay to play open from Midday – 5.00pm every day.
