Our story
From one venue in Penkridge to two
Hurricane Gaming started in Penkridge, and since 2019 it has been where we tried out every idea and got it right. Our team there is highly trained to make sure every visit is first class.
Our second venue is in the middle of Newcastle-under-Lyme: a town centre gaming space with retro arcade machines, an RC zone, Console Heaven, a PC zone and a proper café where parents can actually relax.
Whether it is a birthday party, a holiday club, a weekly session or just a Saturday out, the aim is the same. Great gaming, real friendships and children who can't wait to come back.

Questions parents ask
What ages are the parties suitable for?
We recommend 6 and over. Kids of all ages, teens and grown-ups all love our parties.
What ages is Hurricane Gaming for?
Everyone. We recommend at least 6 years old for everything we do, and teens and adults are very welcome.
What food is included in party packages?
At Penkridge, food packages offer a choice of a Subway sandwich platter (parents choose the fillings) with crisps and cookies, or hot food, pizza and chips. At Newcastle-under-Lyme, food packages include pizza, chips and nuggets. Vegetarian and vegan options are available at both venues, just let us know when you book.
Will you contact us to confirm our party?
Once booked and the deposit paid, you'll receive an automated email confirming the booking. Please check your spam folder, as emails sometimes go into junk. A member of our team will call you during the week of the party to confirm everything.
Is there a seating area for parents?
At Newcastle-under-Lyme we have a café that seats around 20 people, where parents can sit, relax and have a drink and a piece of cake. At Penkridge we have a small seating area for 6 people where parents can wait.
Do parents have to stay or pay to attend SEN sessions?
Parents are welcome to stay or leave the children for our SEN sessions. If parents stay, they enter free of charge.
When do we pay the balance for our party?
We take a deposit of £25 for all bookings. The balance can be paid any time before the party by calling 01902 931 991, or you can pay the full balance when you book.
Can we add party bags onto our package?
Yes, you can, for an additional price per child.
Do you offer Pay to Play?
Yes, at Newcastle-under-Lyme, but not at Penkridge.
Do you open during school holidays?
During school holidays we run Hurricane School Clubs, Tuesday to Friday, where parents drop the children off and leave them with our fully trained staff. At Newcastle-under-Lyme we also run Pay to Play from midday to 5pm every day during the holidays.
